Dairy-Free Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie


  • 2 tbsp Hijo Superfoods Banana Flour
  • 3 tbsp Hijo Superfoods Coco Sugar
  • 2 cups frozen ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


1. Blend together frozen ripe bananas, peanut butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, banana flour, and coco sugar.

2. Add almond milk and coco sugar depending on your preference.

3. Add your favorite protein powder, diced peanuts, or flax seeds (optional).

4. Serve Immediately
