Oatmeal Raisin Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • 1 1/8 cups Hijo Superfoods Banana Flour
  • 3/4 cup Hijo Superfoods Coco Sugar
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 2/3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup almond nuts (optional)


1. Preheat oven to 175 °C.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine banana flour, cinnamon powder, and baking soda. Set aside.

3. In another bowl, whisk the butter and coco sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg, then mix
4. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture until well combined.

5. Add the oats, raisins, chocolate chips, and almonds and gently mix.

6. Scale into 35 grams per piece or your desired size. Gently flatten on the baking sheet.

7. Bake for 15 minutes.

8. Cool and serve.
