Ingredients:
- 3/4 cups Hijo Superfoods Banana Flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup chocolate bar
- 3/4 unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 refined white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 1/2 tbsp glucose
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 175 °C
2. In a mixing bowl, sift and combine banana flour, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
3. In a separate glass or stainless bowl, mix and combine the chocolate bar, unsalted butter, and cocoa powder and melt over a boiling pot of water.
4. in another mixing bowl, mix the eggs and white sugar, and then slowly add the chocolate mixture
5. Add the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture and mix just until combined.
6. Scale into desired weight, or depending on your desire pan. For this recipe, use an 11×7 rectangular baking pan
7. Sprinkle diced cashew nuts (optional).
8. Bake for 28 minutes.
9. Cool, slice, and serve.
